Hearing Healthcare Provider

Chris Gosek recently received his Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University. Chris joined Upstate Hearing Solutions in 2023, as a hearing healthcare provider. Chris is already rooted in the community. Born and raised here in Oswego he now see's the opportunity for growth and success in the field of hearing care. “I've always felt a natural attraction to helping others,” Gosek said. “Putting a smile on the face of a person seeking help, makes me feel pretty good.”
Hearing aids today use digital signal processing (DSP) technology to amplify desired sounds (such as speech or music) into a person's ear, and filter out the undesirable sounds (such as background noise). While no hearing aid can do this perfectly, Upstate Hearing Solutions will work with you to find the best solution for your hearing!

OUR SERVICES

HEARING SCREENINGS

A hearing screening is a quick and painless way to see how well you hear different sounds. We can determine not only if you have a hearing loss, but also what type and the severity and whether it might respond to hearing aids or other treatment.

  • Painless and non-invasive

  • State-of-the-art equipment

  • Same day results

Your Hearing Instrument Specialist will review the results of your hearing screening to determine if hearing aids are the best course of action for your issues. You will get a copy of your results for your records. If hearing aids are recommended, you will have the option for a free, no obligation, Flex:trial pair to try before you buy.

HEARING AID SALES

Based on the results of your hearing screening, your Hearing Instrument Specialist will discuss whether your hearing loss would benefit from a hearing aid and what options are available. Hearing aids will be ordered specifically for you. When you pick them up, we make sure they fit and that you fully understand how they operate before you leave the office.
